Our client is a completely integrated global silicones manufacturers that offers a comprehensive range of silicone technologies supporting diverse specialty markets, including paper release, textile coatings, healthcare, mold making, automotive, aerospace, and personal care.
Our client is looking to fullfil 2 roles:
1. Business Development Manager - Long Term Medical Implants
Support our client's interest in developing their offer in the regulated healthcare market for long term implants such as breast, orthopaedic or drug delivery devices.
Good technical knowledge of silicone technology
2. Business Development Manager - Woundcare products, orthotics, prosthetics
Support our client's interest in developing their offer in the less regulated medical device space such as woundcare, wearable devices, orthotics, prosthetics.
Background in consumer healthcare, personal care or cosmetics industry
Both roles are a combination of strategic and tactical activities. The more strategic elements are the development or modification of a “go-to-market” Americas plan and recommending new product and market penetration projects. The tactical elements are working with sales and R&D on the profitable execution of those plans.
Location is home based with 50% of the time travelling across the country including ocassionally Latin America
