Job Description

The company is planning very significant growth and wishes to appoint an experienced interim strategic HR professional. The role is expected to be part time for at least the next 6 months and may become a permanent thereafter.

The person hired will evaluate all human capital aspects of the current company on a worldwide basis and devise a plan and implementation for a significant hiring program, expected to commence in early 2018. 

Job Requirements

  • You should be a strategic level HR professional with experience in implementing staff evaluation and development programmes and planning for and idealy managing a significant hiring program.
  • Experience working with people on a wide geographic basis is essential
  • You should have knowledge of employment and contract law on an international basis.
  • You should be able to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial culture
  • Experience or interest in environmental technology is welcome
